Have you ever wondered how old is the oldest .COM domain name in the world? Well, I found this webpage which lists out the 100 Oldest .COM domain names registered in the world. Its a very interesting list, I tried all of them to check out the domain name’s PR and they have a PR of at least 5.
The oldest domain name on the list was SYMBOLICS.COM and this domain name was registered on 15th March 1985 (I was five years old then
), however the domain PageRank is only 5. Another domain name I found on the list was SRI.COM, registered on 17th January 1986 and this domain name has a PageRank of 8! So I guess where PR is concerned, age does not count for much as a factor.

Frankly I wish that it will be sooner rather than later. I have a rather measly PR0 for Blogging For Money and considering the amount of backlinks that I have gotten for it thus far, I am expecting it to go up as high as a PR2. For my other blogs, I expect two of them to reach PR5 and maybe my main blog will breach PR5 (although that is not an easy thing to do)…if I am lucky, that is.
Anyway a lot of people have expressed their anxiety about the next Google PR on V7N Forum and Digital Point. Can’t say that I blame them for it. But judging from what I have read thus far, the next PR update could be anytime between today and next week in April. After that, the next Google PR update will be in July.

One would have to be an utter buffoon or just willfully ignorant if he (or she) claims that once you turn to “problogging”, there is no life for you apart from the internet. I really and truly pity such people who prefer to go to an office at 9 AM in the morning, sit at his (or her) desk all day, get ordered around (or scolded by) the boss, and then come back home at 5 PM, dreading tomorrow where the routine would be repeated all over again. For me, it is such people who actually has no life.
But I am not telling you that you should immediately quit your job and turn to blogging and start doing paid postings. I don’t think that this is something that just about anyone can do unless he (or she) has the technical skills, writing acumen to captivate readers and of course, the willpower to weather criticism and ridicule from those who know nothing about it. And one should remember that there are other online ventures that one can earn money from that is not related to blogging, such as selling text links on high PR websites, starting bid directories and making web directories. These are all potential startups for a regular income.

I am always on the lookout for any new paid-to-blog service and I just came to know about Bloggerwave this morning. Ironically, I found out about it through this thread on PayPerPost board. According to the Posties who have registered with them, their concept mimicks PayPerPost right to the tacks system, the only difference being that the company which founded Bloggerwave is based in Europe. Does not matter to me, as long as they pay.
So I tried to register for Bloggerwave…but I can’t get myself registered. The reason? I keep getting the same error message for every username that I tried:
The UserName Already Exists.
Huh? Either there is something seriously wrong with their registration system, or I have a doppelganger somewhere in the world.

I finished a job for an advertiser at Sponsored Reviews. It was my first review with Sponsored Reviews, I really hope the advertiser would be pleased and accept it. As it so happens, I didn’t set the bid for the review, it was the advertiser who chose my blog for the review. Strange, but I swear that was what really happened.
