Woke up this morning and I received the confirmation e-mail from the Twitter support saying that they have banned the imposter account pretending to be yours truly.
Serves the idiot right. That will teach him to never mess with me again. Victory speech.
However, I am not really happy with the way Twitter had handled the issue. After all, I submitted this report nearly nine days ago, and it took them this long to verify my identity and get this imposter banned? In that long period of time, who knows what that imposter could have done to damage my reputation and con people under my identity online? Twitter would really need to look into this seriously and improve their response time to deal with such problems. I am sure that I am not the only person who was a victim of impersonation.

Got the news that Facebook has recently acquired a Malaysian company called Octazen Solutions. Why would they do that, I have no idea. I did not even know the existence of this company until this acquisition was announced on various tech sites. According to the meta description of the site, Octazen offers “Contact Importer and Viral Invite Scripts in PHP/Java/.NET/Ruby/CFM for Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, MySpace, Twitter, Friendster and more.” What Facebook will do with such a script is definitely unknown and is anyone’s guess.
In any case, it is always a great thing to see a Malaysan company being successful to the extent that a US giant has to own it. Their product must be very good to have been worthy of such an acquisition.
This weird keyword search came up when I was checking the Nuffnang site analytics for PPS.
I have no idea who “Christy Yow” is, but you are certainly not going to find any nude pictures of her (or of anyone else, for that matter) on Project Petaling Street. Some people certainly search for very strange things!

We all use URL shorteners, including bit.ly and tr.im for when we need a short URL for Twitter. But, we don’t realize how many other options are out there which might be better. Today I found 7Les.com, a URL shortener with a nice calming blue style which is friendly to anyone, URL tracking features and so much more. I thought to myself well why is this not the most used URL shortening service? It should be it has the best stylesheet and the best tracking features. But really who is to believe that I am not just saying this?
I thought I would try tracking a URL, first you have to sign up to the site so that you can track your URL’s wherever you are you can track the clicks on your shortened link. The intelligent design of the site made it so easy for me to find out how to track clicks. Unlike other services if you don’t want the link anymore for any reason there is a simple “delete” button something that you might want to do for any reason. Also it was easy & simple when I was signing up for an account to track my URL’s.

I can never forget this popular Japanese show that was aired during the late 1980s and early 1990s. It was called Moero Attack. I recall that it was dubbed into Bahasa Melayu when it was shown on the local television channels. The storyline is about a Japanese high school volleyball team, but it was the volleyball moves that has the strongest appeal to me personally.
Like Chun, I am determined to succeed in my internet business. Such shows have indirectly motivated me and given the impetus to go for whatever you really want to do and achieve success in life. That is one of the most important lessons that I’ve learnt from serials such as Moero Attack.

A lot of people in life look for that place where they belong. For some people they need to find a Webmaster Forum where they belong. That’s where the forum SiteReviver comes in. You always feel welcome when the administrator (Jani) takes time out of his day and responds to every thread. It is important for a forum to have an owner who wants to participate in discussions. It shows users that they are actually wanted on the forum.
It also holds a great Marketplace, which often gets you great deals on Domains & Sites or just buying articles. If you need to sell your domain, this is the place to do it. Unlike other forums where your thread will get trampled on, here people will actually read it and decide if they want to buy it. So if your all about making money there’s another reason to join the forums.
