Yet another surprise in my inbox for me after the unexpected one yesterday….AuctionAds decided to pay me!

The earnings came from another website of mine which was using Amazon Omaske previously before I replaced it with AuctionAds. The reason I did that was because Amazon Omaske was showing a lot of anti-Islam book titles (yeah, it was on an Islamic website) with no way of filtering them out. With AuctionAds, all I did was to put in keywords related to the website content and voila! All relevant products came out. That must have been the reason why I’ve managed to secure these earnings.

Money seem to be dropping out from the sky onto my lap these past few days Let’s hope this good run will continue.

If you see on the left sidebar, you will notice a new set of product advertisements from AuctionAds. I have know about AuctionAds for some time, but I don’t really do well with affiliate programs so I didn’t really bother. Or at least, not until today when I read this post by Daily Dinar. As explained by AuctionAds themselves:

I had signed up for Amazon Associates since 2001, but I have not made any significant gains from them and considering things as they stand today, earning from Amazon Associates is the weakest amount of dollars compared to the paid blogging programmes and Google Adsense. Recently however, I became eligible for payout from Amazon Associates and yesterday they sent me this e-mail:

Dear Amazon.com Associate,

It’s time again for referral fee payments to our Associates! We have reached the end of February 2007, and we have just sent payments to eligible Associates for the referral fees earned in the program. These payments also include any credit balance carried forward from previous payment periods. You can find your payment amount and more information on your payments in Associates Central under Your Account > View your payment history.
