Changed to a new blog theme

Posted on Saturday, July 28th 2007 12:35 pm by menj in Offbeat

I just happened to come across the Prosense-Blue theme quite by chance. Fell in love with it and decided to use it for this blog. I got tired of the previous one as although it has a nice look, it has only 2-columns. The standard these days is 3-columns. Definitely I am going to stick with this theme for awhile. How do you find this theme? Let me know!

And have you made your review of this blog yet? Deadline is 12th August, so hurry now!

home page in to a static page, Under my header image is a link of post that I have created there is Home, About, etc, etc. when I click on any of the post ex. about it goes to that static page, when I click on home it displays the most recent post that I made. I want to have a static home page, like a welcome page and have my post displayed under the categories section on the side bare but not displayed automatically when you go to my blog home page. I am new to word press so how can I do this with out changing themes? Thanks

Since the new update, it wont let me change my blog appearance or anything. I go onto customize and it comes up with the side bar at the side with a themes tab, title description box then a page subheading and a advance subheading. But the space next to the side bar, which I assume is where I’m suppost to be able to see my blog, is just blank. White. Nothing there!
it wont let me do anything!

I’m making a new blog on wordpress.com, and I found a cool template that I want to use. The website gave me the html code to paste somewhere on my account, but I don’t know where to do it.
I’m on wordpress.com. Is anybody an expert on wordpress?!
      Thanks so much!
Thank you! I didn’t really find any templates that I loved on wordpress. What about on blogspot.com? Am I able to paste this html code if I make a blog on blogspot.com?

It happened to the old theme i had as well but i wanted to change it up so i changed to this new theme i liked and the pictures are even smaller than before.

I’m a little confused in the sense that i don’t really know exactly what a blog is supposed to be. Is it a page where someone can update mini essays on whats happening in their life, or about a subject of their choice? Or is a blog actually a whole new page in itself, which has its own subject and information on it? Also, are there any sites which will allow me to create my own blog(s) for free?

Hi, I’m still kind of new to Tumblr, and they changed the “customize appearance” at least three times since I’ve been there.

I currently have a theme from what used to be the theme garden. I want to get rid of it so I can work with the original blue theme all blogs start with. But when I go to “customize appearance” and click “custom html” and delete everything that’s there, nothing happens. It won’t update the preview, and it won’t save the changes. The theme stays there. What am I supposed to do?

I do not mean my blog theme. Dashboard theme. I have Internet Explorer, I have only seen themes for Firefox and Chrome. How can I do it?
