Commemorating the installation of the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agung, Ke Bawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Al Wathiqu Billah, Al-Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Almarhum Al-Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah Al-Haj.
