I’m run a stock market financial advice website. I would like to make sure that the necessary legal notices are on my site so that my company is not liable should someone loose money and put the blame on information they found on my site. I set my company up as a LLC but i’m sure that’s not enough.

I hear people mention them all the time and politicians often site information from their legacy of financial information .

What can be said of economics at the turn of the last century other the it is over a hundred years old .

You might think we could listen to modern economists who are warning today of our impending peril .
Yet we still have people who listen and believe that Charles and Edward are the only people to listen too .

I’m doing research of financial data regarding companies located at Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, Philippines. I am having a hard time searching for data through the internet. I would like to find a site that would address my requirements.

I am trying to build a web site with financial information on it. I like the way that yahoo market summary “quotes and charts” are displayed in my yahoo page and I would like to have the same set up in my personal web site. Is it possible to get the codes for it? Also, I have a Yahoo portfolio and that too, I would like to display it on my one web site. At one time Yahoo was offering that possibility but I cannot find it any more.

      Thank you

The S & P 200 Australia daily closing value and percentage change since yesterday, last month and last year with graphs and historical data

The returns in both inflation and non-inflation adjusted figures for any time period I want.

The after-tax returns for my tax bracket in inflation adjusted terms.

It would also be good to have this for the MSCI and Australian and International property indices.

I know I’m asking a lot but I’m also interested in any site that comes closest to providing this.

Please note that I live in Australia so only Australian inflation adjustment and tax rates is relevant.

My current favorite is MarketWatch, and I’m aware of, of course, Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, MSN Money, etc. – are there any more obscure sites that do a good job of reporting and organizing information?

I am trying to gather a list of mid-sized businesses in chicago according to their cash flows and net income. I was told there was a site that you can obtain all information about businesses in particular area. Does anyone know anything about this?

Similar in nature to e-mail phishing, pharming seeks to obtain personal or private (usually financial related) information through domain spoofing. Rather than being spammed with malicious and mischievous e-mail requests for you to visit spoof Web sites which appear legitimate, pharming ‘poisons’ a DNS server by infusing false information into the DNS server, resulting in a user’s request being redirected elsewhere.

It seems like I have a nasty virus I can not get rid of. It keeps coming back so it must be getting through the firewall or something. I am getting bombarded with emails and pop ups. Now, I am concerned about it getting to my financial information. I am using Windows 7 with MS Essentials.
There has got to be a better way since I feel like it is not my own computer anymore.
