Google Adsense cheque has arrived

Posted on Wednesday, April 11th 2007 12:27 am by menj in PPC

Yet again, Google has been kind enough to send me a cheque as payment for serving their ads on my little online empire. Its great to be with Google all these months since February 2005 and the benefits have been enormous. It makes blogging a well-earned effort.

Now watch as I gloat and laugh all the way to the bank.

I can earn money through Google. So can you.

Okay, I really need to contact Google.

I’ve been to this site: http://www.google.com/contact/

but I don’t know where to go. It’s about my money from AdSense arriving as a check instead of to my bank account and stuff…

Does Google have an e-mail address?

I just got a motorola cliq and have seen articles all over advertising the new update to google maps allowing navigation but when i go to google mobile it says to access the android market through my phone and download the latest google maps but when i do that google maps does not appear in the market. Is this becuase i am not on the Droid or is there some other problem that is not allowing me to find this new update?

I have currently $138 in my google adsense account. There are no holds on my account and I have provided my address. I have chosen for Standard Delivery of the check.

      1. When will I be paid?
      2. How much will I be paid?
      3. How long will it take for the check to arrive into my address?
      4. Will they review my site before sending me the money?

      Thanks!
Hey there Jolia.. is that an advertisement / spam?

Google has started displaying a location under the search bar to the left. There’s an option to change the location, or to let Google auto-detect, but I don’t want a location displayed at all. How do I stop Google from showing what it thinks is my location under the search bar on the left?

      Hi,

I want to be able to store a Google spreadsheet in a Gmail folder so that it can be accessed and updated from within Gmail- rather than having to come out of Gmail and go into Google docs.

I’d be grateful for any tips on how to do this.

      Thank you.

I read that the people at Google can use a part of their working time not for their normal work but to be creative and to invent new ideas during that time. How does the leadership of Google then gets to know this ideas?
Do the people put these ideas into the intranet, where it can be judged by the colleagues. Or is their a committee of some people, which collects the ideas and evaluates them. Or is it quite different?

I have created a youtube account and apparently before I make any comments, or send any messages I need to verify my google account. In order to verify my google account I must give them my phone number, which I don’t want to do. How can I bypass this?

How does Google, with it’s innovative culture (personal 20% time) and creative employees, make sure it’s employees remain loyal and do not run off with a great idea and embark on their own entrepreneurial start-up? If an employee has a great proprietary idea, is the idea his or Google’s? I don’t think confidentiality agreements and non-complete contracts are enough to prevent this from happeing. Anyone have an idea?

I went to a website on the net to purchase a few products, and there was a google checkout option. I clicked and made the purchase. How does google know that it was from site A from site B?

It used to be, maybe a year ago, in google image search, you clicked on an image and it took you straight to it. With the website as an option.

Now whenever I click on something in google images it goes straight to the website.

How can I change it so it goes directly to the image?

How can I cancel my google adsense account and start all over with different name but the same web site? It’s all because I’ve had this google adsense account for more than 2 years and the traffic to my website is quite good, but I only earn US$0.00!! I suspect I’ve missed something at the registration process therefore I’d like to cancel it and start all over again. But how could I do that?

I am abroad and far away from my home country but the ads that I get on Google or Facebook are in my language. How do Google or other websites know where I am from and what language I speak? I have even registered my Facebook account with my new location in a different country!

I already reached the payment threshold last November 2010, I have no payment hold and I already fixed the things they required to be work out like tax information, so meaning I am already eligible to be paid based on their policies but I am wondering why until now, March 24, they did not send my payment it’s been 4 months already since I reached the payment threshold. I already post this question and inquiry on their forum but no reply from them so far. Is Google adsense is real or a hoax. I am also wondering where I can contact them since there’s no “contact us” included in their site. I want to send an email to them but I don’t know how. Hope someone could give me a clarification on this. Thanks!
