There is a tree planted on the parkway near my house. It looks like an umbrella shape almost. Maybe about 5 feet tall. It has pale green flowers all over it that look star shaped. Any ideas?

I was answering about the green houseplant with no flowers and green pods for leaves, hanging on tenderals. They are “String of Pearls”, from the Suculent division of house plants.

From an art class a year or two ago I remembered this story about an artist who was sort of color blind and accidentally painted the flowers/lilies green? And possibly I think he got mad and ruined his paintings? Or some sort of variation of this story. Which artist was it who did that?

The flowers on my hydrandea are coming in green instead of blue or pink. I would like them to be blue when they come in. What do I need to use to get these results and why are my flowers green?
I use a soil acdifier on it, it is also they type that will produce blue or pink flowers.

I am going to a party and wearing a black tulip shaped dress with floral print (the flowers are medium sized and pink, yellow, pale green). What do you think I should wear with it in terms of shoes and accessories and what colour nail polish?
oh and the dress is short-ish and normal at the top and then the bottom part (the skirt part) is tulip shaped and the dress has a zip up the front
The dress is from H&M πŸ™‚ 29 euros

I have a hanging basket of flowers over my front porch. I noticed they have been dying pretty quickly. I pulled them down and noticed a lot of little green and little white bugs all over the underside of the leaves and the flowers. What are they? How do I get rid of them? Is there any hope for my flowers?

Purple is dominant over white in pea flowers. Yellow pea pods is dominant over green pea pods. A white flowered plant with green pods is crossed to a pea plant that is homozygous dominant for both traits. What percentage of the offspring will have the homozygous recessive phenotype?

I’m getting married in June and am trying to decide what flowers to have. Our colors are lavender, ivory, and a soft emerald green. I would like flowers that are elegant, but not extremely formal. I would also like the bouquets to be medium to small size and not too heavy. Ideally, the bridesmaid bouquets will have more ivory (but still with some color), while mine will be more colorful (minimal ivory). What are your recommendations?

I need green flowers that can be used in a bridal boquet and centerpieces. Any suggestions? Just the name of them will do, I have a place to buy them from. They will be mixed with roses if that helps any.

Fast growing small tree which is green and produces multiple purple flowers. Can grow long and thin if not pruned (instead of bushy and thick) and grows very quickly

My wedding theme is The Garden of Eden and we’re getting married in Hawaii. I’ve finally decided on a color theme that I think is original and that I like a lot! I want to use orange, magenta and lime green. I like all of the colors alone and I think they give off the exotic feel I’m trying to go for. The problem is, I have no idea what flowers to choose! I need flowers in those colors for decoration, centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres.

Anyone have any suggestions? I would LOVE to hear from florists or anyone with experience in the field like a wedding planner.

Thanks in advance to those who take the time to try to help!
P.S. I don’t NEED a professional opinion. I am openly accepting suggestions from ANYONE! πŸ™‚

What did people wear in the 70’s? What would be a good outfit with which to blend the 70’s and the 2010’s together? What should I wear to the dance if I decide to ignore the theme?
      I need help!

P.S. I look kinda like her, if that helps: http://www.fotosearch.com/FSB436/x124735…
