I am saving up my money and will take a trip to Hawaii. Taking a trip to Hawaii would certainly be a great experience if as it will certainly help you understand the lifestyle and culture of others. To check out the sandy beaches and swim in the clean seas that Hawaii is certainly most famous for does not hurt as well. After all, Hawaii is an area which receives thousands of tourists every month, it would certainly be a shame if I miss the opportunity to visit Hawaii. While you are there, consider staying with a Hawaii Vacation Rentals package provided by Gebhart Properties. Book an eight-room condo with an excellent view of the sea with Gebhart Properties, as they specialize in Hawaii vacation rentals and will give you the luxury, convenience and comfort not found anywhere else.

Our family put deposits on two vacation rentals in Hawaii. We had to cancel the trip and gave 75 day notice to the owners/agents. One wants to give us credit towards another rental and the other says he will give us all or part of the deposit back if he rerents the property. Any ideas how we can get our money back? Does Hawaii have a consumer advocate? Can we sue them in small claims? We live in California as do both owners, do we sue in Hawaii or (preferably) California? Thanks for the help!

I’m planning a week-long vacation to Hawaii during the summer with my girlfriend. I’ve never done this before, so I’m looking for tips and cautions on having a nice time and avoid getting ripped off. Should I book online or with a real travel agent? Do I need to rent a car while there? Weekday rates vs. weekend rates. Anything that you think will help me make good decisions about this trip would be great. Thanks a lot.

I want to move there to go to college and everywhere I have found is $1500 a month for a studio apartment. Is there anywhere inexpensive to live in Hawaii?

We about to send a non-refundable check for $1500.00 as a deposit on a vacation home in Hawaii. Is cash normal for this type of transaction? I know there are a lot of scams out there. Thanks!

Plus he rented the 2 houses next door for his family each at $3000 per night. Thats $10,000 a night! He will be there for 2 weeks, that’s $140,000! Are taxpayers paying the bill?

I am looking for a 2 bedroom vacation rental on Oahu for 9 days in December. It doesn’t have to be to fancy just a clean place to sleep. My mother and grandmother are coming to visit so any place that has a local discount would be cool. 🙂

I’m planning a trip to Hawaii, taking my wife and 2 year old. Where’s a good place to visit? Honolulu? We have a very limited amount of money and can we still enjoy ourselves with a 2 year old??

I was reading some AP articles where it said that Obama held a conference call with national security leaders and the call lasted all of 15 minutes.
Then it was off to the gym.
What is the plan was successful? and Obama was staying at his 4,000 a night vacation rental in Hawaii?
Would average America have been upset?

Please answer just the questions I posed and lets leave GW Bush out of this equation

We are looking to buy a property and rent it out as a vacation rental, not a long term rental. If anyone has any guidance on this, suggestions, or recommendations they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We are rlooking at renting a house on the Big Island and wanted to know if anyone has stayed there. When you google Lako House it comes up many times “Large 4 bedroom vacation rental home; Pool/Jacuzzi, panoramic ocean views located in Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii; house sleeps up to 22 people.” Just wanting piece of mind that it is a good place to rent. Hope someone is familiar.

We wondered about timeshares, hotels, campsites, etc…
We want to know about the best experiences for the best prices. Also, if you have any expert advise on airlines or flights from northern california, that would be great!

When I went on vacation last year to Hawaii, I used two different rental car companies. One of them told me that my spouse was already covered and I did not need to pay for an extra driver since we were married. Another rental car company said that I would have to pay for her as another driver, married or not. Are spouses covered as an extra driver or is this dependent on the particular car rental company. If so, it would be great if there was a site that lists which do and which don’t. Since sites like Travelocity list by individual price, the cheapest may not necessarily be the best deal if there are 2 drivers.

We feel that we have found the perfect vacation home in Michigan. However, the company is asking us to send a 50% payment. They have offered no rental agreement or contract. Is this normal? Also, does anyone know what the tax rate is on this type of lodging in Saugatuck, Michigan? We have been told 12%, but that sounds kind of high. Thanks.

I have started planning a vacation for my boyfriend and I to have the last week of march. Any ideas on the good places to stay in Hawaii? Some places that aren’t too crowded, of too city, but still with a good amount of people. Also, we like to do a lot of activities. Well I am not really sure what to expect so any advice you have would be nice.
