I must be cursed or something

Either TMNet is really, really incompetant, or Allah Almighty wants to test my patience, or I must be cursed or something. Or it could be all three at once, who knows.

In any case, the DSL light to my modem is off. For the upteenth time, again. Of course I reported the problem to Streamyx TMNet Centre, but since it will only be attended to “within two working days”, it looks like it is going to be the cybercafe for me this weekend.

If there was a recent thunderstorm in your area recently, it might be an indication that your modem has been struck by lightning.

Try loaning a functional modem from a friend to see if this is the case.

I was wondering where everyone met their boyfriends? Most of my friends met their boyfriends at work. I work around guys that are too old to date (i’m 22) and I never have any time to chat with anyone at school. ugh! I must be cursed or something! Anyways, I would love to hear your stories =)

OK… why the hell am I unlucky?… and it’s not just “unlucky” I think it’s something else… Like a curse or something. I don’t think about negative things and im not really complaining. The type of unlucky im talking about is.. it HITS you really hard and it destroys certain things in you’re life you can’t fix. Like for example.

Your sitting in your chair watching a movie, all of a sudden you laugh because it’s hilarious or something, then your throat stretches too far out causing you to lose your amazing singing voice for the rest of your life. (true story).

This is not just unlucky or unfortunate.. it’s something else, and I wanna know what it is..

More ridiculous things have happened to me like the one story above.

      Need another example?

Ok, say your a pro gamer making a lot of money until one of your fingers somehow gets sprained by playing the game, then you can’t play again, therefor your not good anymore.

If I get hurt playing a game… then I must be cursed

How come people who are following Islam strictly, also curse and they also use verbal Language?Astagfirullah, wasn’t it suppose to be their first chapter to not use such words in Islam?

There must be something that makes me a good Muslim and different from such people? And it is my way of using words and I try not exceed my limits or hurt anyone, no matter what it be.At least Allah has gifted me kind nature.Besides you cannot spread word of God by using such language, agree?

I have a friend who ALWAYS seems to have something negative happening to him. I don’t believe in curses or anything, but it’s hard not to when every single thing that happens to this dude seems like a bad thing. Crime, accidents, fraud, loss…I mean, there MUST be something that HE’S doing that doesn’t help the situation…right? Any help understanding repeat victims would be helpful to me, thanks.

(sorry its long) So in late 09 i got this magnetic bracelet at a flea market (not only can it be worn as a bracelet it can be a necklace) . It had a pattern of tiny beads then a bigger bead with a black circle outlined with white & then magnetic beads on to it. I wore this everyday of school for that year. I must say last semester of school was horrible i had various things happen 1) got bullied 2)all of my hair fell out. Said to be an “allergic reaction” by my doctor. 3)grades bad. 4) almost got left back. Then that bracelet broke so i brought another one which was pink with the same pattern i dont wear it everyday, & my hair is starting to grow back. But today i was looking through my jewelrey with my best friend & she saw the bracelet & said “dont wear that” & i said “what” & she pointed &said “that over there” so i asked why & she told me about a girl in her school who had the same thing as me& her hair got burned & she had no friends but when she stopped wearing it grew! So it this thing possesed??

Cognates of the name “All?h” exist in other Semitic languages, including Hebrew and Aramaic.[5] Biblical Hebrew mostly uses the plural form (but functional singular) Elohim. The corresponding Aramaic form is ??l?h? ???? in Biblical Aramaic and ?Alâhâ ??????? in Syriac.[6]

How come many Muslims on Y!A answer that these disasters have nothing to do with the will of Allah but geographical aspects. Don’t they fail to realize that even a Miracle is not accompanied without scientific facts?

A True Muslim is ought to believe that even a Leaf cannot fall off the tree without Allah’s will.

      I’m waiting for Muslims’ answers.

Life seems harder each and every year.
since 2001=2009 i can tell you the worst things that happened to me each year.
I dont have any good friends actually. Which i really want more than anything before.
Seems whenever i get a close friend we soon begin to dislike each other.
I cant remeber a time where i been happy for a week straight.
Something always bad happened which caused me to believe that i must be cursed or something
I either eat way to much or small amounts.
Sleeping is like a drug for me
I sleep whenever i overthink on something that makes me so angry or sad or dont sleep at all
I hate being alone because i cry out of no where

I try so hard to be friendly but how it comes out make me seem fake.
i overthink things so much its makes me so for examples (didnt wave or say hi to a person, i’ll get depressed over it for the whole day”
Its been doubling since my mom recently been diagnose with breast cancer
Shes the most important person in my life
but i still argue with them making me feel so much worse.
      Life becomes so unbearable sometimes.

I just want a reasonable reason for this.

If i am clincally depressed should i tell my doctor, if so how should i go about thi

God can never be bad or selfish, he MUST be good, wise and just according modern religions. It’s also strange that there is always something in it for the believers, eg. Christians have Heaven, Buddhists have reincarnation, etc.

Ok I know there are Satanists, but come on. They are obviously only fooling around or have problems keeping their mentality stable.

He had talent like no other. He was incredible. He was so blessed. But how come he was cursed? The media was always saying bad stuff about him and everyone was making fun of him. Can someone actually be so talented that they can’t be happy? He also had vitiligo which made things worse. How come Michael Jackson was blessed yet he had so much negatives? Was he so talented that he couldn’t be happy and live a normal life? It just got me wondering. What do you guys think?

I read in the internet that changing the position of your bed helps you to reverse or prevent the curse of a broken mirror helps you to prevent or reverse the curse. But why?
