Nuffnang to increase prices for their bloggers

Posted on Monday, May 14th 2007 11:47 am by menj in Offbeat

Nuffnang has announced on their blog of an impending price increase for their bloggers:

…the economies of scale we have gained from your generous support have allowed us to revise our blogger bands which result in increased earnings for bloggers in our community. Bloggers on average will see a 50% or more increase in their earnings beginning this week.

Revising our blogger bands to increase earnings is something we at Nuffnang are committed to consistently do in the coming future.

Any announcement concerning the increase of money is always good news for me  Timothy has done a wonderful job in building up his fledging blog advertising company and I believe his hard work is paying of. I did not really realise that coming across that blue Nuffnang ad on Google Adsense some two months ago (and on impulse, I registered for it) will be one of the best decisions that I had ever made at the time.

Who would have thought that Nuffnang will be a buzzword in the blogosphere two months later, anyway? 🙂

Our business has been mentioned on a blog in a negative way and I am not sure how I can get the anonymous blogger to remove the post.
I’ve emailed her but have had no response. What are my options and what should my next step be?

There is a transparent box appearing on my blogger web page and I don’t know how to remove it and I don’t know how it got there. Is anyone else having this problem? I don’t have wordpress, just blogger.

      Thanks for the help!

I saw 3 gentleman on tv and when asked what they do for a living they replied, “sports blogger”. What is a sports blogger exactly? Are they in demand? How much can one expect to make in said field?

I can write better than the average person (not that that is saying much these days) and I have strong opinions on various subjects. I don’t have experience as a journalist or technical writer, but what does a person need to start blogging and who pays, if the blogger gets picked up as a writer?

Thing is, I’ve just migrated to WordPress. However, I have a number of people who have subscribed to my feeds from my blogger blog. What should I do to ensure that they now receive updates from my WordPress blog?

FYI, I have a feedburner account.

I read many of the blogs in the food and drink category and they are all informative in one way or another. I love food and have a great deal of food design experience. Please let me know how I may become a blogger there.

If I want to use a font that says it’s for personal use only, would it be ok to use on blogger? Also, I don’t know if getting Google Adsense would make a difference.

If you are writing on a newspaper’s website on a specific issue are you considered a website columnist or a blogger? What separates the two?

So I have an existing blogger account already but I want to make a new one, make a fresh start, etc. But I don’t wanna delete my old acc.
So can I make another one but with same email (one that I use alot)?
If not, how do I change emails for my old blogger acc, so I can use my more-used email for my new blog?

Hi, I’ve tried to shorten my posts for the front page on Blogger so that it can be shorter but I can’t seem to do that. This causes the main page to be long. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

I’ve mistakenly changed my admin priveleges on one of my blogs to “guest”. I need the blogger people to restore it. I cannot find an actual email or contact form anywhere, and I’ve googled everything, including the Blogger Group on Google Groups, where they try to push everyone who needs support. I would gladly pay them for better service.

Blogger/Blog*Spot feeds shows the most recent (recently updated as the default setting) 25 headlines or what others call as post titles. My question is how can I increase/decrease the number of those headlines because I think they’re too many.

Let’s say you have a domain name, and a Blogger account, and you want the Blogger account to show up when you go to the domain name, but not to simply be forwarded from the domain name to the blogger account, but rather for the contents of the blogger account to *appear* at the domain name. How woudl you do that?

I have a Yahoo 360 page listed under Jessica Dow, which is open to the public. Somone with experience might get a better idea of the best market for my work after seeing some examples. I also have links there to on-line portfolios and my new BLOGGER page ( which has some larger pictures of my custom work). I already have a few things on eBAY, on a trial basis. But I don’t think eBAY is the right place for work such as mine. Any advice would be very helpful. I’m planning on starting a professional web-site, but most of the web-site designers I’ve seen charge prices currently not within my budget. I know there are site-builders, but I don’t want a cheap knock off design ( template ) for my site. I want my site to reflect the same quality and beauty as the work I sell there. If that means I have to wait to hire a high priced professional, I’ll do that. I’d appreciate hearing of any other options.

I’m on Blogger and I uploaded some pictures but it’s not linking to them. It used to automatically link each picture to it’s own page. Like you click on the picture and a bigger version popped up in a new page. But I uploaded my pictures and it’s not doing that.
First, what is up with that? How come it used to do it automatically and now it wont?
Second, is it a setting or do I have to manually link it with an html code?

Okay so I have two blogs, one with blogger and one with wordpress, both have the same content. However, no one is visiting my blogger site, while people are visiting the wordpress one. How can I increase traffic on the blogger site?
