I was a bit apprehensive about this new way of withdrawal from PayPal to the Visa debit card will work but Malcolm has confirmed that this does work. I was unable to test this for myself since I did not receive my PIN number for my Visa debit card and have reported that issue to the customer service, who promptly decided to cancel my old card and send me a new one with PIN (which will only be available on Wednesday). So it is good to know that this form of withdrawing your funds from PayPal really does work.
Where yours truly is concerned, I now have two methods of withdrawal from PayPal: my VMI card and my PBB Visa debit card.

This should be good news for a majority of Malaysian PayPal account holders who do not have the VMI card in order to withdraw their funds from PayPal without printing anything. It seems that PayPal has now allowed Malaysians to withdraw their funds from their PayPal accounts directly to their credit/debit card with the appearance of a second option in the “Withdraw” options menu, although the process will take between 5 to 7 days and a fee of USD5 will be charged.

PayPal has reverted their site “new” Beta look back to the old one as according to them, they are going to refine the Beta one before release. Received this in the inbox today:
Thank you for helping us test-drive our new homepage design and experience. Your participation was extremely important to us.
We received a significant amount of feedback and are now ending the beta in order to fine-tune our new homepage design. Stay tuned as we plan to introduce the new homepage shortly.
Sigh…not sure what they are going to “fine-tune” as it worked great to me. But PayPal made another change, they introduced a new logo!

Here is the previous one.

Now which looks better?

I have been trying to enter the Virtual Money Inc login menu all day for my latest VMI card statement, but each time I tried to login, I get the following error instead. I am not sure whether this is just me or everyone is experiencing the same error.

Of course I could get the latest account statement from the ATM machine, but this would mean that once I query for the statement, they will charge me USD1.20 for it instead of getting it for free if I were to access it from the website. Sigh.
So did you experience this problem?

Credit card is a common method of payment in this current era of globalisation. Every merchant who does retail business, especially online, would certainly accept credit card payment due to the fact that its usage is easy and without any hassle. Bringing too much cash around is not safe for either the merchant or the consumer as it will encourage theft and a high risk of burglary. Hence companies which do their business online would certainly require a professional service for their online credit card processing needs. This is in order to enable their customers to make their purchases for their products or services.
However, it is certainly not easy to find a company which can provide professional and reliable credit card processing services to ensure that there is no interruption and disruption of service. Downtime of credit card processing will eventually cause the business to lose customers due to customer dissatisfaction with the online credit card processing. There are a lot of credit card processing companies out there in the market, hence it has become very difficult to find a good one because all these companies will claim the same thing. So which company should you go to?

So PayPal finally decided to turn to the Web 2.0 bandwagon and make themselves look…umm, sexy. This was the front page that greeted me when I went to the website.

I love this new look and I will never revert to the old one.

I went to PayPal just now, thinking of initiating a “funds transfer” withdrawal to my VMI card. Instead, I was greeted with this message:

Sigh, they could have warned us earlier. Now I have to wait until everything goes back up again.
