It seems that the WordPress index.php file on the www.menj.org is causing the CPU quota to exceed 20 seconds and overloading the host. I’ve already upgraded the WordPress files but the problem still persist.

I am not sure what I am going to do next. If the problem continues I might just go for another web hosting and close down this one.
