My properties are prime properties- ski-in ski-out in Deer Valley, Utah, and right on oceanfront in gated community next to Seaside and Rosemary Beach in FL. In-season renters are not a problem, but with these nice properties i would think someone would be interested for the off-season.

I think Florida law says Landlords must give 24 hour notice to tenants before entering a rented unit regardless if some one is home- except for “building emergencies”- can any one verify?

I need to rent a furnished villa for 2 months while I look for a year rental. The problem is the is a last minute trip with my husband and kids so we need a minimum of 3 bedrooms. I would prefer at least 4. It needs to be between nice and cannes and have a pool. I really like antibes. Everywhere is full. Does anyone know of a good vacation rental company in that area? Merci

I am currently cleaning a vacation rental, but no one is managing it. They are always asking me to do extra things and I would like to set up a monthly fee for checking things that don’t work, organizing and buying supplies, as well as meeting people for repairs. What is a fair fee? Keep in mind it takes me 30 minutes to drive there.

Does anyone know of a vacation rental within 4 hours of Lancaster, PA that will allow two well behaved dogs? We are looking at a weekend in December, but even a beach house would be fine. I need something that will accomodate about 12 people, and 2 dogs. Anyone rented something like this before?
I have been on online sites, I am looking for people who have had a good experience, or had a rental themselves.

I’m going to West Palm Beach International Airport for about a week, and would like to know the find the best deal on renting a car. The best price I’ve found right now for a full sized car is $262. Is that a reasonable price?

Can someone please point me to a few good sites that have rental cottages on the Atlantic beaches in Florida? Specifically, I’d like to find sites for the property management companies rather than national sites which allow individuals to post listings – I’ve found the national sites to be terribly out of date. Thanks.

I would like to relocate to the state I’ve loved since childhood, Florida, when I graduate from college in May. I have a section 8 voucher and have an excellent relationship with my current landlord. Section 8 tenants have gotten a bad rap in the past, but I do not fall into that category. If anyone can help, your efforts will be greatly appreciated. I really like the Northport area in Sarasota County, but I am not picky.

3 kids + cat and $400 a week beach vacation budget, is it possible? Any ideas?

We tried home exchange but most people think twice before accepting a family with 3 kids, or we usually end up in a “less desired” areas. Could anyone suggest any other ways to have a decent beach vacation on a super tight budget?

I am dreaming of a sunny, warm beach vacation in the continental USA. My ideal place would be someplace warm without a lot of people within three hours drive of an airport. I would like an affordable vacation rental home or bungalow (no motels) on or near the beach. I was thinking somewhere along the Caribbean – maybe Texas or Florida. Any ideas?
Oops, I meant Gulf of Mexico. Has anyone been to Galvenston, Texas? Is it pretty? Is it mello?

I am looking to rent an apt. I live in Florida. I have felonies in Oklahoma and my boyfriend has a misdemeanor in Texas and Oklahoma. my felonies are ten years old and his misdemeanors are like 5 and 3 yrs old. Will these come up on a criminal background check when we go to rent an apartment? Or will they only look in Florida?

We will be travelling to Florida in a couple of years time with a 3 year old daughter and are not keen on driving. When we’ve been previously we got a lot of taxi’s however I am not sure what the law is with regard to child car seats in taxi’s and other public transport.

I live in Los Angeles looking to buy rental property in Florida. I’m looking at small investments (under 40,000) to then rent out. How can I take out a loan so I don’t use all of my own money? (Cash only sellers will not wait the period it takes to secure the loan . . . ).
