Withdrawal of PayPal to Visa debit card works

Posted on Sunday, October 7th 2007 5:29 pm by menj in Payment Gateway

I was a bit apprehensive about this new way of withdrawal from PayPal to the Visa debit card will work but Malcolm has confirmed that this does work. I was unable to test this for myself since I did not receive my PIN number for my Visa debit card and have reported that issue to the customer service, who promptly decided to cancel my old card and send me a new one with PIN (which will only be available on Wednesday). So it is good to know that this form of withdrawing your funds from PayPal really does work.

Where yours truly is concerned, I now have two methods of withdrawal from PayPal: my VMI card and my PBB Visa debit card.

If they cancel your old card and replace it with a new one, what happens to the card that you used to verify your paypal? Will the new card number still remains the same?

What’s the difference between paying online through a checking account’s debit card and paying online through PayPal? What are the PayPal advantages over the internet paying methods existent before PayPal came along?

Okay… well I just sold something on ebay. And the buyer sent me the payment via PayPal. But paypal says that they put the payment temporarily on hold. And I read that the funds will be sent to my balance if I get a positive feedback or if I print a shipping label using PayPal. So I printed the shipping label and am going to send the item tomorrow. But how long will it take for the payment to be released from hold after I printed the shipping label? Anyone with personal experience with this?

I am a teenager and I just made a paypal account and I don’t have a bank account or a credit card. I have a website that gives free money and I have enough money to redeem it on paypal. I want to use paypal to buy things from ebay but to do that I have to verify my paypal account. Is their anyway to verify it without having a bank or credit card. I need it really badly please help me out.

So I bought something on ebay but I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase so I returned it. I just got an email stating that my payment has been refunded through Paypal and was given the receipt number and everything. But the problem is, I don’t even have a Paypal account! So I decided to make a Paypal account but now I don’t know what to do to put the money in there because my balance still says $0.00. Can someone help me please?

I recently made some money on paypal. My paypal account does not have anything besides my address and phone number etc. I did not use a bank account/credit card/ anything with my paypal account. Can I still receive a check from paypal and cash it at the bank even though I did not register my bank account on paypal?

I don’t plan on buying using the account, and I don’t havea credit card. If I make an account, will PayPal only charge me 2.9% and $0.30 when I receive money, or will it withdraw that from my bank account even if I do not receive anything into the account?

Also, once I get money into it, how do I transfer PayPal money into my bank account?

So, i have an app that gives you money on paypal, i’ve used it alot and bought lots of things off ebay from it. Now, when i try to send the money to Paypal, it says that i need a verified account on Paypal.

The thing is, i don’t have a credit card, and thats the only way that i thing you can verify your account (by adding credit card information). Is there any other way to verify your account?

I am still a student and do not have a credit card (although I have an extension of my mom’s) and I want to bid on an international item off eBay. The seller only accepts Paypal payments. Can someone explain to me how exactly does PayPal work, how it will take funds from my account? Thanks guys!

Which type of paypal account should I sign up for – personal, premier, or business? I plan on buying and in the future selling some items of Ebay.

Also, does paypal take any type of a commission when you sell something and the money goes into your paypal account?

e-check is the only payment option that I have, I only have a paypal account conected to my bank account. I takes 3-5 days before the payment is completed. I plan to buy a downloadable software and also an e-book, but I’m not sure whether I’ll get the e-book/software immediately, or will have to wait until the payment is completed. But if i have to wait, how will I be able to get to the link where I can download it? I’m not sure how it all works.

Alright, so i’m new to internet shopping, and i opened up a paypal account, and i put no money into yet. SO, i order something from a trusted site, using paypal for about $40, and then right after i put in the money into paypal after i put the order in. Anyways, a couple of days later, my bank statement takes out the money which is fine, but then it takes out another 40.36, then returns 40.00, then takes out 40.46, so basically it ended up taking out $80, and this all happened on the same day. I’m wondering if this is some kind of mistake, because the trusted website said it only charges what i see at the checkout.should i be worried or will paypal work itself out?
      thanks
